About the Founder

Niamh Kinsella, the founder of Pathway PR and Media, brings almost 20 years of experience in the media and communications field. She has worked across journalism, public relations, and corporate communications.

She began her journalism career in East Coast FM before moving to FM104 and the UTV Radio Network. Following her long stint in radio Niamh crossed over into television journalism with TV3, now Virgin Media Television, where she was reporter/anchor across all news coverage. 

She also presented Virgin Media Television's sports and football coverage becoming the station's first female presenter of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League coverage for a number of seasons.

After broadcast journalism, Niamh embarked on a career in corporate public relations and public affairs. As part of this role she advised a range of clients on strategy, crisis management, media relations, corporate messaging, public/policy affairs, stakeholder engagement and campaign success.
